2. Data collected
- Contact forms: name, email, phone, message.
- Valuation or sale requests: additionally property type, location, typology, estimated area and condition.
- Navigation data (only with analytics cookie consent): pages visited, device, country of origin — no personally identifiable data.

3. Legal basis for processing
- Forms: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — the user submits the data voluntarily.
- Essential cookies: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — necessary for the site to function.
- Analytics and marketing cookies: explicit consent.
4. Purpose
Data is used exclusively to respond to contact requests, provide real estate consulting services, follow through on buying or selling processes and improve the website experience.
5. Data sharing
Data is never sold or shared with third parties, with the following strictly operational exceptions:
- RE/MAX Latina Center, within the normal course of real estate consulting activity;
- Technical service providers (web hosting), covered by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA);
- Only with active marketing consent: Google (GA4) and Meta (Pixel).
6. Retention
Contact leads are kept for two years after the last contact, then anonymised. Analytics cookies expire after six months. Consent records are kept as proof of compliance for the same period.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To exercise any of these rights, email mauroleitao@remax.pt. The response deadline is 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
8. Security
Data is stored on a protected server with restricted access and encryption in transit (TLS/SSL). Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to prevent unauthorised access, loss or improper disclosure.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated whenever necessary. The date of the last revision appears at the top of this page.
