Raised between Ericeira and Mafra. A real estate consultant by vocation.
The story
I grew up in the rural area between Ericeira and Mafra, surrounded by people who know the name of everything. I spent my childhood learning the roads, the plots and the people of this region — knowledge that no report can give you.
Before dedicating myself to real estate I worked in other fields, always connected to people — always listening more than talking. Moving into real estate consulting was natural: it's a job where trust and knowledge matter more than any slogan.
Today I work at RE/MAX Latina Center, focused on Ericeira, Mafra and the whole West Coast. I work with Portuguese families, international clients and investors. I offer all of them the same thing: time, honesty and a knowledge of the ground that no report can match.
I was born and raised in the Ericeira area. I know every street, every village, every neighbour. Today, as part of RE/MAX Latina Center, I help Portuguese families and international buyers find a home in this region with the clarity, calm and local knowledge that can only come from someone who truly belongs here.
The approach
I always start by listening. Before showing properties or talking about prices I want to understand who you are, what you are looking for, and why. Without that, any suggestion I make is a shot in the dark.
Then I come back with honest information — real market prices, the pros and cons of each option, hidden costs and obstacles only a local would know. I would rather lose a deal today than betray a client's trust.
And I stay with you to the end. From the first viewing to the deed, from the first valuation request to handing over the keys.
