If you are considering buying a home in Portugal, you have probably already looked at many photos. What you need now is someone on the ground — someone who speaks your language and who knows the difference between what is in the listing and what is in reality. That is my role.

How remote works

  1. 1. Remote conversation

    By email, phone or video call. You explain what you are looking for, your budget and your timing. I answer questions about the process, the costs and the taxes in Portugal.

  2. 2. Shortlist and virtual viewings

    I send you a pre-selection, including off-market properties. I do live walkthroughs by video call so you see the property in real time, with my honest commentary.

  3. 3. In-person visit and close

    When you come to Portugal I organise viewings and meetings. I handle the paperwork, legal representation and coordinate legal translation when needed.
