2. Selection and virtual viewings
I send you an initial selection, including discreet opportunities where available. I also do live walkthroughs by video call so you can see the property in real time, with my honest commentary.
3. In-person visit and close
When you come to Portugal I organise viewings and meetings. I handle the paperwork, legal representation and coordinate legal translation when needed.
